Corona Virus Information
1. Before entering reception, if you are from overseas, please present proof of your date of arrival to New Zealand on check in. You must have this ready BEFORE coming into the office. If you have arrived in New Zealand after 1AM 29th February 2020, we cannot offer accommodation or sites as we do not have the appropriate self isolating facilities. Please do not enter our reception or our park under any circumstances. Please contact us by phone or email only, for further information or clarification on the above. 2. No guests will be permitted to arrive after hours, regardless of whether you have made a booking or not. You must arrive between 1 pm and 6 PM in order to stay, no exceptions will be made. Staff and guest safety is our biggest concern, and we simply cannot screen any guests for arrival dates if they arrive outside of office hours. You will be asked to vacate the property, and no refund will be provided.
3. Should you need to cancel due to the coronavirus, normal cancellation procedures as will apply. No refunds will be provided if you do not meet the criteria stipulated in your individual cancellation policy. Instead, you will be offered an accommodation credit, which will be valid for one year from the time of your original booking. This is simply a credit, and will not cover the full cost of the new accommodation arranged, if the amount exceeds the amount of your original booking. Rates are dependent on dates, and you may find that rates increase or decrease depending on new dates you provide. You will be required to pay all additional costs in order to secure your new preferred dates and accommodation. All minimum stay restrictions will still apply.
